Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Next Day Capital LLC, operating the Next Day Consulting brand (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the AI Email Assistant Manual (the “Product”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

Your purchase of the Product includes the following, delivered as a single digital package:

• The complete, illustrated step-by-step setup manual in PDF format.
• A link to the About-Me Setup Wizard, a ready-made custom GPT included with the manual.
• The reusable voice-profile system and instructions for deploying it into your own email assistant.
• A fully worked example showing a finished voice profile and sample output.

Free updates to the manual are included for as long as the Product is offered. No physical items are shipped.

The Product is a guide to building your own AI email assistant inside ChatGPT. It requires a paid ChatGPT plan that supports custom GPTs, such as ChatGPT Plus. That subscription is billed to you directly by OpenAI, is entirely separate from your purchase, and is not included in the $39 purchase price. We do not control OpenAI’s pricing, availability, or features, and we are not responsible for changes OpenAI makes to its products.

The Product is delivered digitally by email, typically within minutes of completing your purchase. Delivery depends on you providing a valid, accurate email address at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive promptly, and contact us if you still don’t see it (see Section 10).

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or internal business use. The manual, the Setup Wizard, the voice-profile system, and the worked example remain the property of Next Day Capital LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or otherwise make the Product or its contents available to any third party, in whole or in part, whether for payment or free of charge, without our prior written permission. This includes posting the manual or its contents to file-sharing sites, course platforms, or internal wikis accessible outside your own use.

The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes. We describe the setup process and the assistant’s capabilities as accurately as we can, but the time saved, output quality, and results you experience will depend on your own usage, your ChatGPT plan, and changes OpenAI may make to its products over time. The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Product or our practices. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Next Day Consulting is a brand operated by Next Day Capital LLC.
