Information we collect

We keep the information we collect deliberately limited. We do not require an account to browse the site, and we only collect what's needed to fulfill a purchase and understand how the site is used.

  • Email address at purchase. When you buy the guide, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email address so we can deliver your download, send a receipt, and provide support if you need it.
  • Site analytics. We collect standard analytics data from visitors — pages viewed, general location (city/country level), device and browser type, referring site, and how long you spend on a page. This helps us understand what's working on the site and fix what isn't.

We do not collect payment card details ourselves — those go directly to Stripe. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Cookies & tracking tools

Like most websites, this site uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to remember basic preferences, keep the site functioning correctly, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect how parts of the site display or function, but it won't prevent you from purchasing or contacting us.

Beyond basic site cookies, we use two advertising and analytics tools:

Meta Pixel

A tracking snippet from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) placed on this site. It tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site or completes a purchase, so we can measure whether our ads are working and build audiences of similar people to show ads to. Meta may also use this data to inform its own advertising products, per Meta's own privacy policy.

Google Ads tracking

A conversion and remarketing tag from Google, placed on this site. It tells us when someone who clicked a Google ad visits the site or makes a purchase, and lets us show ads to past visitors as they browse elsewhere online. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from these platforms directly: Meta's ad settings are in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences, and Google's are at Google's Ad Center. Browser extensions and built-in tracking-protection settings (available in most modern browsers) can also block these tools entirely.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of outside services to run this business. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

ServiceWhat it receives & why
StripeProcesses your payment and collects your email and billing details to complete checkout and issue receipts. Stripe maintains its own privacy policy.
MetaReceives site-visit and conversion events through the Meta Pixel, described above, for ad measurement and retargeting.
GoogleReceives site-visit and conversion events through Google Ads tracking, described above, for ad measurement and remarketing.
SendOwlLinked to Stripe to deliver the digital product you purchase (such as the guide PDF) and manage access to your download. SendOwl maintains its own privacy policy.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we don't sell it. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.

04

How we use your information

  • To deliver what you purchased and send you a receipt.
  • To respond if you contact us for support.
  • To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, and to show relevant ads to past visitors through Meta and Google.

05

Your rights & requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do that, email us at support.nextdayconsulting@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” using the same email address associated with your purchase or site visit if possible. We'll confirm your request and remove your information from our own systems and records.

Because Stripe, Meta, and Google process some data independently as part of providing their own services, we'll also instruct them to remove your data where we're able to, but each maintains its own retention practices and deletion tools — you're welcome to contact them directly as well.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally as the site or our tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to check back from time to time.

If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, reach out any time at support.nextdayconsulting@gmail.com.
